Lost or Stolen Card
To deactivate lost or stolen ATM or debit cards please call our 24 hour phone bank at 1-888-451-0530. Choose option 4 and follow the telephone banking prompts.
You may also report your card lost or stolen by logging on to internet banking. After logging in with your user name and password select “options” at the top of the menu bar. On the next screen select ATM/Debit Card on the top menu bar and you will be taken to a screen to indicate which card is lost by putting a checkmark in the appropriate box and click submit at the bottom of the page. If you accidentally put a check mark in the wrong box just click the box again and the checkmark will disappear.

Will I really pay ZERO ATM fees at ANY ATM Worldwide?
Absolutely, no catches whatsoever! Use any ATM in the World and we won’t charge a fee and we’ll automatically refund all fees other banks charge the same day, or in the case of withdrawals over the weekend, the next business day. This includes all ATMs even at gas stations, rest stops, convenience stores, hotels, shopping malls. You name it, if you can find a machine to withdraw your money with your Quantum ATM or Debit card, we pay the other banks fee every time.
Other banks offer this, how is Quantum different?
The difference is there are no restrictions. Each and every one of Quantum’s checking accounts comes with the exact same ZERO ATM fees with no limit to the number of transactions or the amount of fee’s that we will automatically refund.
What about when an ATM asks me accept the charges?
Just press “YES” to accept. Either the same night, or in the case of a weekend the following business day, you’ll see that any ATM fees incurred have automatically been refunded. You don’t have to do anything, it’s REALLY that easy.
