If you don’t need or want to use a debit card for purchases but still want worldwide access to your account, a QNB ATM card is your answer.* Our ATM-only card offers many of the same conveniences as our debit card:

Planning a trip? Follow these simple steps to be sure your card is ready to be used no matter where your plans take you:

Send an e-mail to: FWP.travel@elanfs.com
Include the following information in your e-mail:

Our name (Quantum National Bank)
Our FIID number (9153)
Our contact information (770-945-8300)
The last 8 digits of the card number (NEVER INCLUDE THE ENTIRE CARD NUMBER!)
The first and last name of the cardholder
Dates and places of travel

Lost or Stolen Card

If your Visa debit or ATM-only card is lost or stolen, call your local Quantum office immediately (770-945-8300 in Suwanee or 678-889-4700 in Milton). If your card is lost or stolen after hours or on a weekend, call 800-791-2525 and they will order a new card for you right away. Please be sure to contact your Quantum banker the next business day to be sure everything is updated in our system as well.
