Introducing Quantum's New Card Manager App


More Security and Convenience for Your Quantum Debit Card*

You now have a new benefit with your Quantum National Bank account that will offer you more security and convenience. Quantum's new Card Manager app will allow you to:

  • Turn off your debit card right from your phone, disabling it right away to limit any fraudulent usage in the event it's lost or stolen.
  • Receive alerts whenever your debit card is used. Customize the settings to meet your particular needs.

Getting this new app is simple

It requires one simple download, after which it will seamlessly integrate with your current Quantum mobile app. Just follow a few simple steps and you'll be all set.

  •  Go to your app store and search for Quantum Card Manager;
  •  Download it and log in using the same credentials you use to access your current mobile app;
  •  Enter the requested information;
  •  Then go to your Quantum Mobile app and click on “My Cards.” 

Guide to Getting the New App

Follow the steps outlined below and you'll be ready to enjoy an additional layer of safety and security for your Quantum debit card.

Login Scrreen

Download the app from the app store or Google play. Login with the same credentials you use to access your current mobile app.

Card Details Screen

Once you've entered the requested information, go to your Quantum Mobile app, click on "My Cards" and you're all set.

Card Detail Options Screen

This screen allows you to activate your card, set a new PIN and even report a lost or stolen card.

Controls Scrreen

This screen allows you to set up specific but optional controls for where your card can be used, a purchase limit for card transactions, the types of merchants where you will use your card as well as the types of transactions for which your card may be used.

Login Scrreen

Use this last screen to see what controls you have set up and to turn those controls on or off as necessary.

*To successfully access and use Card Manager, you must have the latest version of the Quantum Mobile Banking App. If your app doesn’t automatically update, you may do this in the app store. You must also be enrolled in mobile banking. Terms and conditions apply to deposit accounts. Text and data charges may be incurred when receiving alerts.
